When Troy founded his company, he did so out of a love for homes and a lifelong passion for helping people. When Troy inspects a home, you can rest assured that the assessment will be careful, detailed, and painstakingly precise. Before he worked as a home inspector, Troy held positions in many areas of the housing industry. He’s worked professionally with HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and electrical systems—some of the most important components of a home. Troy also has experience in several different construction occupations, including the rehabilitation and restoration of dilapidated buildings.

Each client is invited to attend their inspection for an opportunity to familiarize themselves with a home and ask any questions that may arise.

After the inspection is finished, our commitment to your success continues—your phone calls are encouraged even weeks afterward so that we can help you with any lingering questions or concerns.

To make your inspection as convenient as possible, weekend and evening appointments are available upon request.

When he’s not performing home inspections, Troy can usually be found spending quality time with his wonderful wife and two children. He enjoys everything that the Florida coast has to offer, such as boating, scuba diving, and fishing.
